BRISTOL, Va. — More than 200 people popped a quarter into shopping carts and took to the aisles of ALDI Thursday morning as the German-based discount grocery chain opened its new Bristol, Virginia location. Doors to open at 8:25 a.m. and customers had the chance to snag a golden ticket, which was a gift card with varying dollar amounts.
The new store, located at 720 Cabela Drive at The Falls retail development will be open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The new Bristol, Virginia store features the chain’s new store design and open concept.
