Jim and his wife Karen, have two sons and two grandsons. In his spare time, Jim enjoys the outdoors, trap & sporting clays, making memories with family and friends, and traveling. Jim is familiar with all types of construction, having a background in earthwork, reinforced and post-tensioned concrete, and structural steel construction. He has been responsible for all phases of projects from estimating through completion, including experience in coordinating project equipment, as well as analysis, design, and supervision of job progress and inspection of field erection procedures. During projects, he managed technical and administrative duties, purchasing, subcontractor coordination, and other functions of management.
